Heavy Weapons Complexes are NPC factories that produce heavy weapons from Energy Cells, Ore and Food.
They will also buy Crystals and Teladianium as secondary resources.
Teladi heavy weapons complexes produce the Gauss Cannon as well as the Gauss Cannon Ammunition for it.

This laser production complex produces several types of heavy ship weapons, used mostly on destroyers and carriers.
